Please read the following carefully before continuing on to the Cluster Reservations Request Form.

The following services are available through this site:

  • Computing Services Clusters
    This is for Computing Services Clusters only. Departmental clusters must be reserved through individual departments. A list of Clusters available through this form is available here.
  • Request Accounts or BBoards for a class you will be teaching in Clusters
    If you need this service and you will not be using a Computing Services Cluster, please send mail to advisor.
  • Ensuring the software you will be asking your students to use outside of class is available in Clusters
    For a complete list and anticipated changes, see the Applications Software page
  • Computing Services also maintains instructor machines in some lecture halls
    These are not Clusters where machines are available for each student, but classrooms which are reserved through the Registrar's Office. If you will be using one of these rooms, you will need to use this form to be sure the software you need is available.

Reservation Request Deadlines

Summer 2007: February 21 & Fall 2007: March 20

Requests submitted before the deadline will be scheduled with equal priority. Requests submitted after the deadline will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The deadline to deliver media and installation instructions is the same as the semester's reservation deadline for any new software requested. Depending on the nature of the new software requested, at this point we are not able to guarantee that we will be able to install anything between terms.
